United Shapes offers a standard one-year guarantee that our snowboards will be free of defects in material or craftsmanship for a period of one year from original date of sale.
This warranty applies only to United Shapes snowboards purchased from authorized United Shapes dealers, and is valid only for the original purchaser.
Snowboards purchased through any unauthorized sales channels, including second hand sales, ebay, overstock resellers, or any other non United Shapes approved storefront are not covered by warranty.
EXCLUDED FROM COVERAGE:
Damage due to normal wear and tear.
Damage due to mis-use or neglect. i.e. wet and rusted edges, using board as shovel, etc.
Damage due to improperly mounting of bindings. i.e. over-tightening, stripping inserts, incorrect mounting hardware.
Scratching or chipping on the topsheet due to bindings, stickers, solvents, or the kid behind you in the lift line.
Damage caused by riding on non-snow elements. i.e. jibbing, riding across parking lots.
Impact-related damage, including damage due to improper landing angles or surfaces.
Intentional damage. If you intentionally damage your snowboard in order to attempt a warranty claim you will regret it.
Some bindings on the market contain design flaws, such as hard corners that focus excessive amounts of pressure on the topsheet and core of the board.
Your binding's interface with the board
Do not use power tools to install mounting hardware. Over-tightening can result in permanent damage to your snowboard.
US boards are designed to be used exclusively with industry-standard M6 hardware.
US boards are designed to be used exclusively with industry-standard 4-hole pattern bindings.
Do not use any less than four screws per binding.

CLAIMING YOUR WARRANTY
First step- check with your local shop. If the damage can be repaired, that’s always your best option.

Claimant must be able to clearly show when and where the snowboard in question was acquired.
All board returns must be insured by the claimant. United Shapes cannot assume responsibility for snowboards lost or damaged in transit.
If the snowboard is found to be defective by United Shapes we will repair or replace the snowboard. We cannot be held responsible for any losses or damage incurred as a result of loss of use of the product.
